I wanted to pass on a few websites I found interesting. One is a new type of website from a student at Montclair who wanted to rethink teacher portfolios. Portfoliogen is a free service allows teachers to upload their portfolios to a customizable webpage that employers can search through.
The second is a ning site (Debra taught us about this) that one of my friends from my cohort is developing. As part of her self-study project examining her own struggles with learning disabilities, she has created a network with the hopes of helping parents to transition into and make informed decisions about a world that many are fearful of and do not fully understand.
